We are unable to accept returns on books purchased online, and all sales are final. But please contact us if you are
unhappy with your selection or if you run into any issues. We are committed to your satisfaction.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to [email protected] and send your item to: 41 Clark St. San Rafael, CA 94901. Upon receiving the defective item, we will then begin processing the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
